This tile flashing roof window kit is designed to provide a watertight seal around roof windows, preventing water ingress and condensation. It includes a unique one-piece bottom apron that is easy to install. Instructions included in the kit make it easy for anyone to install the flashing. It is ideal for single window installation and suitable for centre pivot, top hung or fire escape windows.
