Delivery Terms
You will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and a confirmed delivery date. A valid signature from your household will be required by a person 18 years or older. You will then become the owner of the items and Homevalue will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
Any damages/breakages must be reported to our online store within 24 hours of delivery. Where a delivery is attempted but not possible, our courier partner will leave notification of attempted delivery and will make contact to re-arrange.
All orders are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, between 8am and 6pm. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be deemed as being placed on the following Monday. On average, orders are taking a minimum of 2-3 working days.
Please note, during busy periods i.e. Promotional Periods, Public Holidays, Black Friday, there may be delays and your delivery may take longer than the original predicted timeline. Delivery date may also be affected by stock availability and location of delivery, however, our colleagues will be in contact in such a situation.
We would ask all our customers to ensure that they input the correct delivery address when ordering with an Eircode if possible. We cannot make changes to addresses after your order has been placed.

Homevalue.ie delivers to the whole island of Ireland. We are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the island of Ireland or to islands surrounding the coast of Ireland.
