Ferdia Homevalue Opens In New State-of-the-Art Facility

Development represents significant financial investment in locally owned business

22 September, 2020 – Ferdia Homevalue, formerly The Store, has officially opened the doors to its brand new state-of-the-art store in the old but now redeveloped linen factory in the Enterprise Centre in Ardee, which will now serve customers across the greater Louth, Meath, Monaghan and North Dublin regions.

The new store, which is a locally owned family business, is now part of the Homevalue Group and will operate under the Homevalue brand. It spreads across 16,000 sq. ft. of retail space, boasts free parking and is designed in open plan format to facilitate great social distancing in-store.

The store caters to a broad range of homeowners, DIY enthusiasts, builders and farmers, and currently features a wide range of hardware, soft furnishing and gardening products including paints, tools, PPE, bathroom furniture and accessories, flooring, carpeting and landscaping products. The store, which also provides a free measuring service for all flooring and carpets, offers delivery on all products across the North East region.

Commenting on the launch of the new store, Paul Candon, CEO, Homevalue said,

Ferdia Homevalue provides employment for 15 staff locally and is open from 8am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm, Saturday.
